Hi, I’m so glad you’re here…

My deepest passion in life is helping people just like you recover their health and reclaim their freedom from chronic illness. When a new mother regains the strength to care for her children —or a teenage boy breaks free from the anxiety that plagued him — I’m reminded that I chose the correct life path.

I’ve always held a deep fascination with health and the human body. At the age of 15, I lost my mother to cancer and shortly after that, I lost my grandmother as well. Years of chronic stress followed, and my own health tanked as a result. Working 80+ hours a week, I became obese and struggled with everything from chronic sinus issues to severe fatigue to joint pain.

The birth of my first child was just the wakeup call I needed. I completely turned my health around — and lost 90 pounds of excess weight in the process. But I soon became disgruntled with the lack of cure in conventional medicine and decided to pursue a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. Now I combine the best of both conventional and naturopathic care to help my patients feel their best and age gracefully.

A self-professed “curiosity junkie,” I’m always learning about my patients’ conditions and how to add more health to their lives. My goal is to make my mark on the world by teaching others to reclaim their health. Only then will my daughters and generations to come value the experience of living a truly healthy life.
